Am Loving This

This is my current workout band and I am loving it. I use this all the time since I bought it. In fact, I now have two. One is for travel. I have two Pro kits and me and my wife uses it. I think this is a lot better than most resistance bands. I have tried several brands before and I strayed. With TRX, I found what I was looking for.

With this, you won’t need lots of workout programs. I used to get obsessed with one program after the other but since I bought the TRX, I got content. I can do a lot of exercises with it and I can definitely cross train. I think it’s fairly easy to stay in shape as long as long as you have you have the right tools.

Thanks to TRX Suspension Trainer, I was able to stop the gym. I love it!

I have really been trying to lose weight all year. Earlier this year, I think I was doing very well by simply cutting out the bread and lowering my intake of red meat.
